Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Top Cleaning's services, website, or booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Top Cleaning.

Services Provided

Top Cleaning offers residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and AirBnB turnover services across the Fort Myers and Miami, Florida areas. The scope of each service is defined at the time of booking.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion. Services are subject to availability in your area.

Bookings & Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. You will receive a confirmation via email or phone after your booking is processed. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or staffing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 50% of the service fee may apply.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: Full service fee may be charged.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed during checkout. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

Access to Property

By booking a service, you authorize Top Cleaning and its team members to access your property for the purpose of providing the agreed service. You are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access. Top Cleaning is not liable for inability to perform services due to restricted access.

Liability & Damage

Top Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. In the rare event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue in good faith. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to improperly secured items.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to services that have been altered or accessed by third parties after completion.

Client Responsibilities

  • Secure pets during the cleaning session.
  • Inform us of any hazardous materials, fragile items, or areas to avoid.
  • Ensure all valuables are stored safely prior to our arrival.

Changes to These Terms

Top Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
